I am from Kolkata, so my review is for Hutch Kolkata.
I am a student and by my first cell phone ( sony ericsson T100) and collect information which service provider is best. From this information it is revealed that among Airtell Hutch and Reliance, Hutch is best, because in Reliance voice quality is not good, Airtell has many hidden cost ( i have no experience about it as i not used it) so i opted for hutch. It cost about Rs 300+325 = Rs 625 .
Its signal is good in kolkata, voice quality is also good (like land line) no problem. But when i am outside kolkata so it requires roaming and it cuts a good amount from my prepaid. So no free roaming facility. But Cellone has free roaming facility in eastern india.
I buy prepaid card Rs 324 and talktime of Rs 150 only where Cellone gives Rs 176 ( in festive season Rs 276 for Rs 300 recharge coupon). It is a huge amount. But recharge coupon is easily available any where in Kolkata. No problem.

Hutch costs Rs 2.40/min but Cellone Rs 1.20/30 sec so ultimately Hutch costs more than cellone.
Now come to the point of extra facility. Hutch has tie up with Yahoo and Hotmail so you get your yahoo and Hotmail mail directly to your cellphone. Besides these two, many other site like Funonphone etc also support hutch. From there website you can send SMS directly to Hutch phone free of cost.

Hutch has billing problem some times. They unnecessary deduct Rs from my account (thank god it is not much) when I have not yet call then also it happened.

Again Hutch also offer ringtone logo etc to their client . This is also good.
But above all phone is for communication purpose not a midi player or logo viewer.
For communication purpose Hutch is costlier than Cellone( tie up with Indiatimes and a fewer no of other site). So if you use mobile for your communication then Cellone is better than Hutch or other.
So I recently switched from Hutch to Cellone. My new experience will be soon on Cellone category.
