I was very happy with hutch gujarat services and i never had any complaints in the last 4 years but things really changed after i came to bangalore n took hutch connection(oh sorry!! VODAFONE)..No proper signal..poor customer services( infact when i called them for these signal problems, they asked me to change my brand new sony ericsson W910i handset..huh!)..And above all, every month i used to have diff services activated on my account which of course was not with my consent. Just because i used to check my bills doesnt mean that every1 wud do that n they wud end up paying more. This is absolute cheating. They should be sued for such acts.
I used vodafone bangalore for 4 months and was very disappointed and ended up changing my connection to airtel.
So i wud recommend all vodafone users to be careful and  to check ur bills every month.
