Very BAD network coverage area in City like Bangalore also. Phone gets disconnected in Indoors. Number of signal towers are few.
Vodafone have no concern over the complaints made. Very improfessional.
Complaint was taken to rectify the signal strength and a buffer time of 10 days. They have written the report that the Customer is informed regarding the complaint and the problem will be rectified at the end of 2008. But none of the Vodafone people have informed me. Personally I had to call to follow up with the status.
The Customer Care cannot be reached easily. After approx 2 years of usage this is the trust of VODAFONE. HUTCH was faar better than VODAFONE.
In addition to this when I followed up with the Customer Care, to get the status of my complaint, they just have blocked my option to reach Customer Care.
To confirm this, I tried to test whether this is what they do. I called the Customer Care from a different number enquiring about the same complaint status and that number was also blocked.
The Customer Care of Vodafone is again

If you raise a complaint, they say that they will call you back. But during the BILL payments VODAFONE keeps on calling you reminding you the due date as soon the BILL is generated on 25th of every month.
