I really faced lots of problem after selecting Vodafone. Due to career I have located somewhere outside. Vodafone customer care is really

worst than any. In a new area how will I have the address proof?

I have submitted a copy of passport, copy of appointment order and photo while buying the card. After an week my phone gets deactivated without any intimation. When I referred to customer care about this they asked me to resubmit my documents. Again I resubmitted my documents to the vodafone store, they said ok and provided confirmation that account will never deactivated in future.

After 2weeks again my phone gets deactivated without any prior information. I have lots of commitments; usually I speak official information through phone. If a thing like this happens means how can I support this new network?

There is no proper reply from customer care, why we are contacting customer care? Because we need help but they don’t helps us they hurts us. When I ask to customer why it is deactivated means. They ask me “come to vodafone store” it is  far from city; each time roaming to vodafone store is not my works. Vodafone customer care users are playing with customers

Nowadays many IT and ITES are moving outside for career, if they are asked to submit the local address proof means, what will they do?

I know many of them staying in a rented place, Iam also an IT guy staying outside in a rented place but I have proper documents in my native, I have provided the copy of all even they ask for local address proof. That too deactivating phone with prior information really pains.

Dear friends! In the busy world, phone is the only communication to speak with our parents, our friends and our cute kids. If you choose a network like vodafone you miss your family
