Its been few days since Vodafone has been giving this new "Feature" for all its users. Whenever you try to make a call from your Vodafone mobile number, all you get is this message - "Network busy". The problem is more serious when calls are made to other Vodafone numbers. I have been using this number for the past 3 years, and I never used to have an issue when my connection was Hutch. I am practically stuck since I dont think I can use a new number from a provider like Airtel that seems to provide much better connectivity. I experienced this when I was able to make a call from another Airtel number that I was unable to do from my Vodafone connection.
For people going in for a new connection, I would strongly recommend rethinking your decision to go for Vodafone for now if you intend to call extensively. For others stuck with Vodafone, I can only empathize.

Their customer care is pretty decent I should say, but whats the point if I cant make calls at all?
