Im not surprised seeing the site full of reviews of the horrible service by vodafone....

I have been a customer of Ace, then orange, then hutch and now this pathetic vodafone
It has been one week now that i am being made to run from pillar to post to get a new connection.
when you go to the shop, you are told to get a document., you get the document and go then yet another document, then you go yet another document. Then they promise the service will be activated in four hours and nothing happnes...you find out after four days of follow up...surprise...they need an authorisation name...!!

The best part is you cannot call the service centre, as the staff, who if they can at all talk in english if you are lucky, repeat the only words that they have been brainwashed to vomit...that you should contact the shop and they cannot do anything!

Im sure vodafone hires mentally challenged counter staff as they know nothing about what they are doing....If your company need something....it is your duty to provide us with a checklist and we will furnish...but you have absolutely no right to waste our time for lack of your own people to check the doucments .....because you have untrained people running this farce of an organisation and that vodafone wants to hire idots to pinch on thier operational costs.

The network range is a source of cosntant surprise....you stand in the middle of the city square at flora fountain and you have no network...you walk along pedder road and you have no coverage....the calls drop, the voice is garbled...and you still charge for the calls..you have to be kidding me!

I agree with most users here that Orange was undoubtedly great, hutch was good.but this Vodafone is the pits....I have already returned three connections that I planned for my office and I intend to return many more!!

Im sure Vodafone will not be bothered by the loss of my business....but im doing my bit to raise a stink.....if many more do thiers....hopefully this burden of an organisation on mankind can cease to exist!
