I am having this connection for 5 years unfortunately my phone got switched off in evening 24 feb 2008 and when I managed to charge my phone I was expecting a miss call SMS which got an hour later well
no issues till here, now in in reply I sent a SMS at 10:34 P.M. which I have proof in my cell my money was deducted which was confirmed by Customer care executive at 12:30 A.M. when I called him asking for the reply of SMS he said He has noted down my problem and sent it to Some process and later he put down his phone without telling me my complaint no. etc.. Because of this act I decided to call up again here I was told that no such complaint was filed and this type of complaints are never filed so I should opt for ACT MCI to 111 here instead of resolving my problem I was given offers Recharge with 300 and get full talk Time, I said thank you for helping and here the story ends. But the problem is even if your IVR is Changed a customer should have have a separate pressing button as it was earlier 9. Now there is no Number which a lay man understand. 140 there is no Customer care option and if there is no body picks up I think Customer care in vodafone is 24*7 , well in 9811098110 and 111 there is no Customer care button no 4 says to change your prepaid to postpaid and here you connect with Customer care executive is this the right option? My issue is not related to any grievances I just want better Service from the company, hope such a long mail solves it. And to end with it is 12:30 P.M. 25 feb 2008 and I have not got any reply from 53303.
