Hi everyone,

I have been using Hutch which is now Vodafone, since last 2 years. I really dont think that there is much difference after this take over, as both are providing really horrible service I
have never registered myself for any caller tune or value added service but 2 times my balance was deducted and I got an sms from Vodafone for the same.

Can any Vodafone authority explain me, why the hell the customers are charged for the service which they have not subscribed for and they are not using it. And why should one suffer and bear the expense and inconvenience without any fault on my side.

Secondly I bought a Buddy no, youth pack which had certain features like 1000 free sms. I had hardly made 100 sms and then Hutch started charging me for sms without any prior notice, When I talked to the customer care they responded that this facility was available for only few days. I told them that there was no time limit mentioned on the pack when I bought it from Hutch shop and while doing that I had specially asked this question thrice from the sales man in the Hutch Shop. But he said I may use it without any time limit.

Number of times I dial up the no of one of my friend and I realise that I am connected to some other unknown guy talking to his fellow. And sometimes you are already in a conversation and suddenly you get to hear 2 people talking and your conversation is interrrupted. And lemme tell u guys , this has become a routine. These kind of technical problems used to happen before 90’s when there were no mobiles in India and people use to face these trouble on their landphones. In this era of communication and technology, it’s really disappointing.

I reported all these issues to customer care of Hutch(now Vodafone) number of times, but there are some foolish bunch of losers who dont even know how to talk and how to listen other people.
Companies like Vodafone should have set the parameters for these call center stupids as to how to train them, but these guys are very well trained for giving foolish excuses and technical reasons.(Goli bhot achhi dete ha).

Wake up Vodafone, you guys have got a repute in International mkts, dont fool people.
If u guys mess with customers u will bear the consequences one day.
