I was using Airtel almost for 4 years. But when I came to Bangalore and got job I thought I will convert my prepaid into post paid service. I went to Airtel shop and asked them to convert but they asked me to produce local address proof. I was not having that. They asked company ID proof so I shoed that but they told my company is not listed in their list! I felt so bad that according to Airtel the company for which I am working is not trustworthy and hence their employees! This happened for one week. I requested and requested them. One day Iwas coming out of Airtel office at Kormangla Bangalore and I saw Hutch office there. I went inside and told them my story. They said no problem they will give me post paid connection. All was good until Hutch become Vodafone. When Vodafone tookover I thought there service will still improve but NO there problems started. Network conjection, Bill did not deliver on time, over bill etc. They fixed my crdit limit 750 Rs. But as I use to do more STD I use to cross my limit within 15 days. They use to disconnect my service. Whenever I use to go to their office for paying my bill I found a long waiting Q! Hours together you should stand to pay them. There are automatic bill payment machines like ATM’S whhich I found in "In-Repar" status. If you want to enquire somethning then you must enter into their register and wait for hours. If you call customer care and ask for more help they will say you to go to Vodafone shop. There is lot more to say about there bad service but its enough for now. So guys if you ever get a chance to change your service provider then never ever choose Vodafone. Go to Airtel which has Better Network coverage and Good service.
