i m a hutch Customer from last 18 months and would say that its the best..believe me i was using airtel before and their service shits..even after me quiting the connection i used to get bills,and as people say airtel is the best,its actally not.People think its the best coz the brand is endorsed by very famous personalities.Hutch is the best in all sense.Be it the network coverage or customer service.i know that their are network problems in some areas but then we should give some time to the hutch people to improve it and they are doing it.The place where i stay didnt have good coverage initially but now it has been improved.customer service is the best,if u think u r not satisfied by the billing plans that u r currently into then they will give u new schemes which would be suitable for you..will even reduce the rentals if u insist.
      just one more time....Hutch is the best.
