With my Seven connection from Hutch, I am very happy with the services of Hutch.
Although in the recent past the poor network coverage and peak hour network congestions is the problem with
Hutch and thats the area where the immediate need to improve it is required.
Customer Services is very good. All the services available at fingers tips with the IVRS system of Hutch. The executives at Hutch Helpline as well as at Hutch shop are very polite, soft spoken and trained. They have a dedicated approach towards their work and all my queries are well addressed & resolved by them.
Hutch website is very much informative and provides in depth product knowledge. My Hutch service on their website is good facility which provides me up-to-date information regarding my connections.
Billing is very much perfect with a little space for errors and I am satisfied with the billing from Hutch.
Charges are OK with me but there is further scope to reduce them in tariff plans, Hutch Access charges, Tones & Caller Tunes charges, Roaming charges, ISD charges, STD charges, Hutch Alerts, Hutch Updates, etc.
Ofcourse, always there is a scope for improvements but they need to immediately concentrate on network improvement.
