Vodafone is one of the largest network of India. It has got wide network coverage and growing. The services provided by it is good enough and can be easily accessed.
It's call rates and data charges are expensive as compared to other network operators. Each and every plan works well but it will cost more to you.
If we talk about the customer service then I personally think that it's very bad and as I'm using it I have suffered alot with this issue. It's very difficult to contact customer care executive, if you get connected then its your luck.
It's good to use it but not the best option to be opted for.
