I am a member of Vodafone since an year and I changed my mobile operator to Vodafone because at that time there was a good network strength and charges of data pack is cheap. But as as time I faced several issues and the poor services with Vodafone mobile operator.
Initially the network was all fine but once morning woke up and passes my time till noon but I haven't received any WhatsApp messages yet and due to that I checked my mobile network then I found that the network strength is zero and data connection is swriched off. This problem continued several days and the in the end of day it becomes good. This led that I am not able to do my several imortant works and sometimes it's network strength is fine but I am unable to switch to 3G mode.
And they also started increasing the rate of calls and data pack. I also contacted their customer care representative for the issues I faced but, I only heard a recorded voice that, Our every customer care is busy please stay on line, and like this half an hour passed but no one picked my call. I am very upset with Vodafone Network. You can see a photo uploaded by me in which only GSM mode is available, no WCDMA is available in my area.
