I HAD A VODAFONE corporate CONNECTION NO 998 SINCE 2007. I USED IT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR.THE PROBLEM started in jun 2008 when wrong bills started coming.


Problem 1-Charges of detailed bill (75/- ) being charged to me.Firstly I didn't ask for it secondly I never got a hard copy of the bill from Vodafone. I made several complaints but I wads told it will be adjusted next month and so on.The trouble continues till September 2008


Problem 2: I had a STD pack activated of Rs 25 for 1 Rs STD call. In some of bills I found that No STD pack charges were mentioned in my bill. I asked the customer care then I got a response that as you have been using our connection for long so being a privileged customer u are not being charge.


The same continues for 2 months and then after 2 months charges started coming in my bill.When I asked I was told that customer care representative has given wrong information and bill was coming wrong.


Problem 3: In the last month of my usage I got the calls that u have exceeded the limit So my outlines will be barred My bill was not generated and it was just mid of the month..Now I asked customer care there was no proper response I got 5-6 calls with in a day.


It was surprising. When I complained customer care no action was taken and I was told I have to pay the bill. When I asked for details of bill they said it will be generated at the end of month. I told customer care that until I get a copy of bill I will not pay you can bar my outgoing. Nothing happen but I was getting calls from them continuously.


At the bill date bill came that too wrong when I asked about the bill no proper response.Then my outgoing got barred. SO I discontinued the connection and sent a mail to Mr Satish Kumar Raghu (Vodafone manager). That there is a dispute in the bill Please sort it out No responses I have sent repititive mails to this guy and alos called him up but no response.


Problem 4: Most of STD calls you make, will cut in between.So you have to make multiple calls. (Network problems). Though I never complained on this issue and thought network problems do happen and will be sorted out in time.Network is very poor.U can't make a call from inside home U have to come outside to make calls.


Now after sending him and calling him multiple times There is no response from Vodafone but I m getting some payment reminders. Today again I Have got a mail from Vodafone about payment of bill That too with a threat of defaulter and legal notice. Vodafone is the worst service I ever had and will never suggest anyone to go for it.
