I'm using Vodafone mobile operator for 2 years and I am not at all satisfy at the starting point I was really happy that I bought Vodafone mobile operator but after some time off using I was having some problem with the operated like coverage Customer services charges and building extra so I was really not having so much good time with the Vodafone mobile operator and now I am thinking to switch on to another network which will give me better services in compare to the Vodafone mobile operator.
They are many problems I have suffered while using Vodafone mobile operator in one of the problem was the network coverage whenever I used to go to villages for any other town where some problems were there then the Vodafone network would not come at all so at that stage I would be like there is no phone in my pocket I always want a phone in network because there are lot of things which we have to manage in our daily life and if network is not coming then the whole life stops before I really want my network to come all the time and whenever I use to travel in train extra a network is stop so really it is important that you are operated should have a better coverage definitely Vodafone mobile operator does not have mobile network coverage.
Not a problem with this Vodafone mobile operator was the customer services there are lot of mistakes done in the building charges and whenever I used to call the customer services they never respond me when a good manners they always try to not to solve my problem there are a lot of problems with me and I use to play Marshall that why I am using Vodafone network definitely the customer services of this mobile phone operator is not at all good there are many companies give you a better service in compare to the Vodafone mobile operator like Airtel Reliance jio also so definitely you should leave you because you're always need after sale service and without after Sales Service can't be completely Vodafone mobile operator should improve their customer service if the improve I will definitely then I will never come and anyone to buy and Vodafone mobile operator.
Another most important thing while using a mobile operator is the charges in building a finitely for a middle class family each and every penny is important in Vodafone is not a cheap network it is really highly chargeable network many charges are hidden and because of that people got cheated therefore definitely I must say charges and billing Vodafone is really high in compare to other mobile networks it charges a lot in compare to other mobile operators and speaking voice calling charges if whenever I used to charge in my other mobile operator used to charge my Vodafone mobile operator most definitely from my side I will never never recommand Vodafone mobile operator thanks a lot.
