Even Vodafone is an multinational telecom company and secured second or third position in the number of connections, they are not keeping a standard customer service.
I experienced very worst experience from the executives of vodafone. They didnt made even an attempt to solve our issues. When ever I made a call to the customer care they are giving the only answer as the issue will be solved within few minutes. But actually it took more than one month. It makes totally disatisfied.
Also they charges too much., But they having good network coverage and have enough data speed. Because of bad experience mainly from customer support I am feed up of this network.
