Hi friends , today I would like to talk about vodafone , which is a mobile service operator. 1 month ago I ported my airtel number into vodafone. Just hoped for a good service, but after the use of few days I am frustrade of vodafone service. There are many reasons behind my unhappiness with the company.let me explain all of them.


First of all, the call rates are very high, both the domestice as well as internationl.


Secondly, 3 days ago they charged me 37.50 rs without any reason or any notification.


When I called the customer care centre , they does not have any answere for the extra charges.they told me to refund the money , but I am still waiting for my money.


Moreover, the customer service was terrible.they dont know how to handle the situation and complaints.


Last but not least, the call drop is on the high sight, its happening all the time with me


So I thing vodafone should make some good changes for their servival , bcz now days compition is very high so they should be up to the mark , otherwise we will only talked about them, that there was a vodafone company
