Before using jio I used vodafone mobile network for very long period of 6 years.
But I am regraded to say that it is a network which cost very high. I had to put premium every month of rs 100 and then I had to effort the cost of recharge. Still they cost 30ps/min. Roaming chargers are separate.
Customer service is very poor. If the promo come to the end they do not inform their customers and cost Rs 1. 5/min and all the balance become ended. Sometime they send me messages of activation of many unnecessary services and deduct a lot of money from my balance. In those cases they blame on their customers.
All though the network is good but I have horrible experience on vodafone.and not going to recommend it to anybody!
