I am using Vodafone Red Psotpaid plan of 499 rs. Every month Vodafone is adding extra rs 800 to rs 900 for 3 GB Data which I am not even using.
Every month I have to write hundred emails to vodafone care and call complaint ppl 100 times and then they waive off that extra 800 rs charged to me and send me a revised amount.
This has been the story each month, this is the most pathetic postpaid service I have ever seen and each month bill includes the same extra rs 900 every month after being assured by them that this wont happen again.
This is the worst service I have ever availed, they donot update their records and customers have to go through hell each month. I will never recommend this service to anyone and I am planning to close this number and plan.
