I have been using Vodafone Postpaid network for about 3 years and I am a corporate Customer.
I received a message from Vodafone which says that I would get 1 GB 2G data for a month just at Rs.99/-.
So, I have got the offer activated and every month I was charged the same Rs.99/-. This was continued for an year.
After that, they started charging me Rs. 199/- instead of Rs.99/- and obviously there is additional tax since it is postpaid.
Because of this, I used to get high bill. I thought it is because of my additional calls since I have trust on Vodafone.
After 6 months, I just want to review my bill and identified that I was charging Rs.199/- for the same Internet plan.
When they called Customer care regarding the issue, they did not respond.
I had to visit Vodafone office to explain the issue. They told that Rs.99/- plan was discontinued and the same plan was changed to Rs.199/-.
I told them that I was not informed on this and no communication at all. Even they don't have any proof with them. They simply activated the new plan.
I did ask for a refund since it is completely their mistake. Total Rs.600/- additional amount was charged and interest on top of that.
But they just gave me Rs.300/- refund. Even for that cheque also, it was not delivered to me and I had to visit Vodafone store again.
They said they will change the address to their store and asked me to come and collect after a week. So, after my visit, I had got the cheque.
The Customer service was too worst and they won't help at all. For anything which they can not answer, they simply ask us to visit Vodafone store.
