With regret and inconvenience caused by Vodafone internet service I am writing this mail to this thread.
I had Recharged with rs101 for 2g data for 1 month on 10th-Sept2012
Connection was too slow that even google took a long time to open and then no response from the server. Upon Request to return my recharge money back to account with immediate effect the customer head replies me (after prolonged 20days) that they are unable to reverse the amount because I have have utilized the free data usage applicable on the recharge of Rs.101.
When I checked my net usage it was showing that balance available is 1112.71mb!!!! (I was supposed to get 1024mb=1gb right? )
I asked them to check the data usage and anybody can easily judge that the used data was pretty less for any internet user for a duration of 26 days.
When I told them to send me the data usage, they refused and
I don't know what going on wrong with them.
After 5years of relationship, they don't even care for their customers, wont bother to give a response also.
How to get my money back ? It not a matter of Rs101/-. Is was just a annoying thing that a customer was not able to use the pathetic service. Please guide me to sue them on this ground.
