Made the biggest mistake by chosing this college. Review on Viva College, Virar, Thane

I was a student of viva college virar and was in science stream. I studied there for 2 years that is my+2 course. I attended in the start of these 2 years and then found out I m wasting my time her. The staff there is so rude they wont bother about how you are doing in your exams. This college is basically government aided but the staff dont avail seats for the students who scored well in their ssc exam. The college provides a very bad infrastructure, the toileteries were so unhygienic and smelly that you will suffocate even if you pass by. I was unlucky and my classroom was beside one and it was so uncomfortable to attend classroom with such smelly environment.

The college has a scholarship system in which if you score >85% then you will be felicitated by 10thousand rupees bt the staff members were so disrespectful to the students. I got 85.6% and still I didnt get any benefit from the college.

The practical labs are also malfunctioning and they dont have basic goods to teach students rather they just show you photos of various apparatus and specimens than the actual one.

The teachers are also not supportive in exams, they dont give you proper notes to study, they dont discuss our problems to study.

If you are a french medium student then please dont join this college cos they will tell you to study french on your own.

The teachers there are kinda biased and support those students who actually lived in virar. I stay at bhayandar which is close to virar and were some sort of in problem due to this.

If u are thinking for doing diploma then this college should be definitely on ur list because they just have it on the papers that they provide a bifocal system bt due to lack of staff they dont actually do.

So be careful while filling your preference forms.
