Viva Books is a book store where you can find many number of books, it is located very near to my house so it is very accessible for me, I always prefer to go this book store when ever I feel the need of any book but it is very big problem that this book store not having enough range of books which can satisfy my various needs of various books.
The major reason I am giving them two stars are there is non availability of books on time due to this I have to travel 3 km to get the book required.
There customer services are average as the number of staff members which are working there are very less so you have to wait for your turn.
Finally I will say that this book store is just an average book store as they lack in number of books, they also lack in providing books on time and there customer services are very slow.
