I had bought many frames and glasses for my self and my wife since past few years, but now since past two years I find that their quality has degraded to dangerous levels.
I have thrown away all the four new frames with progressive glasses as they were spoiling my eyes and giving improper vision.
The frames are not durable and break. They have started selling very cheap frames for over Rs 2, 000 that are actually costing not more than Rs 300 to 500 in the open market.
The staff is not well qualified and they take wrong measurements resulting in defective lenses giving improper vision. We all know that this store is a venture of Ambanis, who are well known for cheating and manipulations. Thats why their petrol pumps closed and now their supermarkets are closing as they are losing customers.
Soon you will see the Vision Express stores closing down as already there are lot of negative feedback on the internet and they have started losing clients. You can refer to the following pages:
