A very bad organization. Opportunities are there but due to internal politics it is hard to get it. Salaries are way below the market and Organization has no vision for growth. Thus technical staff is burnt and unhappy.
Lack of vision has also resulted in part payments of bonuses citing company performance as the issue, while the projections were itself un-realistic. The organization will not leave a single change of grabbing your money!!
However it still has some good technical folks (reducing sharply).....
This organization is a politically motivated one and the HR is a keep of the senior management!!
Probably good for beginners but no a recommendation for senior folks.
