They are cheating patience in the name of medicine. The treatment procedure is like this first some youngest daughter in their family will examine the patient and write down all the test facilities in their so called hospital(xray, blood test, urine test, hearing test), hope they have now bought new scan machine so that they can include that too. I wonder why blood test and urine test, which they never use at all.
u cannot meet the so called head(aruna) before showing the bills for all the written tests in the their reception. once you are finished with the test, an old lady with some good narrating skills will show you an video about anotomy of your years and say ur ears have some problem and needs an immediate surgery. once she is done with her story you will asked some hefty amount as consultation charge to meet the chief. She has some extraordinary skills to make you believe that you are in fire and only she can save you from it. once you come out of her room she will send a lady who will force you to book a date for a surgery right away. The major highlight is they advertise them as best ent hospital in india but they dont have any tie up with any known insurance company.I thank god that my insurance company have not supported them, which made me to move away from them.
once I was out of chief's room I found that blood test and urine test results were never attached, which made me to suspect their genuineness, the medicines which she prescribed was too costly and will be available only inside her hospital. by the end of the day I found that they had charged me 4000rs in a single day. I thank god for not providing me with enough fund at that time else I would have ended up with damaging my ears with their surgery.
with the above lesson I was able to find a good doctor who could able to cure me with medicine. please do not believe these people. they will create a scene as in "Ramana movie"
