I purchased two LG 1.5 Ton Window AC and few other products from Vijay sales (Chembur branch). One of the AC did not cool at all. One week after initial complain someone came from LG service and said that AC is faulty. He gave me option of getting the AC repaired or replacing it with new AC. I asked him to replace it with new AC. He asked me to fax the original bill to LG service center. I did so and did not hear from LG for a week. I again complained to Vijay sales and LG. Vijay sales stopped taking my calls. I had to goto Vijay sales to find out the status. One manager promised me that they will take action within 24 hrs. No action was taken and the manager disappeared too. After 4 weeks again some one came from LG and again asked the same question about getting AC repaired or replaced. He also asked me to fax the bill. I told him i did that 4 weeks back. He said that fax number is not  working. I failed to understand as to why that person came and asked for the same things. It was waste of time. It is over 6 weeks since i have purchased the AC. Neither Vijay sales nor LG has bothered to fix the issue. They just keep promising of action and do nothing. Do not buy from Vijay Sales. They suck!!!!
