Am really very surrised to read such negative reviews about Vijay Sales while I was surfing the net. Infact I BUY & WILL ONLY BUY FROM VIJAY SALES - BORIVALI ONLY. I HAVE

experienced Sony Mony once & will never want to go back there as when I got a DVD player from them which was delivered Dead, I was refused replacement & was asked to contact the Auth. Service Centre only though it was delivered DEAD by them only. Later when I tried Vijay Sales, I not only had to get rid of barganing as they have a Fixed & Lower price which they hap around & say as VSP , was really lower in the market.

Also when I had an issue with my 29 inches TV & the company demaded Rs. 18,000/- for repairs of the same as the warranty had lapsed 6 months back. The Company was not reducing the price inspite of telling them that it made non sense & I may buy a brand new TV by putting a lesser amount. Finally I met the branch manager of borivali - Mr. Dcruz Vincent & he after escalating the issue in the company, gave me a final solution where I had to pay only RS. 5400 INSTEAD OF 18,000/- Probably had the Branch Manager not been so co-operative & helpfull, my TV would have never got repaired or would I have got a discount on repairs.

Infact I would suggest if you could meet the branch manager he would surely help you as they have their own Customer Care Centre also.
