I bought siemens front loading washing machine wm10a 160IN from this shop
vijay stores kandivali mumbai sucks on sept 28th. 2006

this machine costed me 25000 rs after paying

the above price .

i expected a trouble free working machine.

instead of this vijay sales home delivered a badly damaged machine to my house.

badly crushed and damaged crumpled dented in transit

looks like thrown out of a second floor apartment

vijay sales first promised replacement the very next day free of charge.

then after two days said there technician will repair it.

there technitian came next day and

agreed that machine is irrepairable damaged .

vijay sales refused replacement despite repeated request more than 50 requests during the first week itself .

there after sales people tell one lie after another.

they now after one week of lies say siemens will replace it .

siemens says it will take usally one month time to get replaced.

i dont know they might send a damaged or refurbished piece again
when they send it  still awaiting that day might take a year .

i am suffering a loss and mental harassment

one week has passed and no sign of replacement.

i had bought the machine as some important guests from abroad 
 had arrived in my house.
had to all laundry with bare hands manually.

i did not use machine for one second even.

i suggest the forum members should avoid stay clear of  this store

there after sales support is non existent.

they do money laundering with consumers hard earned money.

seriously planning taking legal action and going to a consumer forum

have never been harrased like this in my life before.

even small stores selling without proper bills give better treatment after sales support to there customers.

vijay sales big fraud company.
