I purchased Split AC from VS - Bhiwandi outlet in April 2017 worth Rs 38, 000/-, the same did not work to any reasonable expectations and complaints made thrice, the technicians attended and found the Unit as defective. I had to co-ordinate with VS - Bhiwandi thru manufacturer for replacement . VS - Bhiwandi finally agreed to replace after repeated follow up.
The Landline Numbers given were non functional, Customer care gave another two numbers which also were not functional.
I a senior Citizen(65 year old) had to personally visit the store, the officer gave his cell no but never picked up phone even after trying for more that 20 times
Finally VS - Bhiwandi gave me replacement, but alas the same was of much lower range model which had MRP of Rs 33, 000. First denied to be incorrect product replacement, but, finally confirmed its lapse.
The difference of more than Rs 9, 000 was agreed verbally and wanted to pick up defective unit without giving me the refund. When I refused the delivery of defective unit, official threatened that unless the defective unit is returned the refund will not be processed.
The entire episode washed out summer without AC for which money was taken.
Most irresponsible behaviour from VA Bhiwandi - I will never advice buyers to buy any high value stuff from this store.
I am ready to provide all documentary evidences related to the above purchase.
