Overall, a good school. If you can afford it, that is. The facilities at the school are good and taken care off. Lots of extra curricular activities. As far as teachers are concerned, its a mixed bag. You cannot say all of them are good or very good. It depends upon person to person and their teaching method, how they gel with the students but they try their best, thats all I can say.
While the school's thinking is modern, they want to imbibe Indian culture into their students by teaching Indian folk songs etc. which should be properly backed up by a stronger and stricter administration as it is often felt that discipline is the one thing which is lacking in this school particularly where the students are coming from affluent families from different cultures.
In today's world, people do have money but whether they have proper education, is a question. I found many students using foul languages within the school premises and having a 'donot care attitude' which may not be good for them in their future life. Otherwise, the school has a lovely balance of work and fun, which the students enjoy most. Many cultural programs, Shilp Academy, Shilp Dew, all add up their mental and physical growth. Yearly outings to places as far as Rajasthan, Andaman, gives the student a feel of India. Teachers are accessible to parents and I strongly believe, if they improve on the discipline and the food which they serve at lunch, it would be one of the best in Bangalore
