I bought videocon top load fully automatic washing machine 1 year ago its not rinse and spin cylce not working I called up service center thirce but they send mechanic after 3 follow up from my side mechanic was untrained for automatic machine he change some part but machine not started my machine is not working from last 6 months n this vicodon customer care has not send any mechanic again I recommed not to buy any videcon product
