We bought a Videocon semi automatic washing machine - Eco wash..Swan..7.0Kg. It has a water inlet which can be operated so that water can be made to go into washing or spinning chamber, as per our need. In the beginning the machine worked properly. But within 6 months the water inlet lever broke away. Thus water into the washing chamber has to be filled externally and not through the inlet provided to the machine. We tried to get the part replaced. But we could not get the spare part in the service shops of videocon.The machine can be used for longer period only if we can get the spare parts and get it repaired. Also the spinning chamber has to be repaired
I request the Videocon company to manufacture the product to last long. Also repair service and spare parts should be made available to enable customers get the machine repaired promptly. Please charge reasonably for the spare parts.
Just selling your product will not be enough, to make it strong to work properly is needed.To be able to get the product serviced easily and economically will help more people decide to buy your product. Please be customer friendly too. If only service and spare part availability can be made easy, this is a good product.
