Unlike my previous Whirlpool washing machine, this one is very light weight.
The light weight should be an advantage for handling but on the counter part, it does not remains stable while loaded.
The heavy laundry like bed sheets and towels makes the machine vibrate beyond normal and sounds like it will come apart in pieces. Saying this I ensured the load is within the guided capacity.
Design and looks are appealing
Decent performance for daily wear cloths with smaller load
Not meant for heavy load like bed sheets, towels, curtains etc
Goes too noisy and unstable even though the load is evenly laid in machine
Customer care is helpless as I called twice and they returned with an excuse about systems under upgrade and can't take a complain.
I am looking forward to sell this on OLX and buy a different one.
