I bought this ac one month back, it's installation was very quick I have another ac in my office onida 1.5 ton I was unhappy with its installation time but the Videocon guys were quick enough and helpful enough to get the ac installed the same day I bought it. I am loving the ac so far I have installed it in a 400 square feet room it's chills the office in 15 mins moreover it's so chill that my employees shut the ac in mid of their work hours this saves me money on electricity too. lol overall satisfied with the product saved me 10, 000 on other ac's in 1.5 ton range got it for only 27500 would advise others to give it a try.
