We had bought K 5001 FL washing machine. This was a defective machine and we had to replace the knob thrice and even after that it used to turn off during the wash and neever used to switch on.We asked the videocon dealer to replace the washing machine.We were given a stand by machine after repeated calls and mails till they could replace it.
After repeated struggle, calls , mails etc we were told that we would get the replacement only after we return the defective and the standby machine .
The current status as of now is - We had been asked to return the defective washing machine along with the standy machine, which we have delivered on 7th March '09 at your Wilson Garden Service Center , Bangalore. We were assured that the replacement will be done by 10th March March'09 (3 days after the surrender of washing machine.)
We havent received the replacement yet and the reason for not been given the replacement was - continous holidays, Finance person to give the credit note is on leave from two days, etc. **If such kind of poor service is given to the customers do you think customers will buy Videocon products? I am very unhappy and ashamed of the execuses and delay which has been happening in this case.
I SUGGEST ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO GO FOR VIDEOCON PRODUCTS FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE.Videocon being a branded company having poor service like this is shameful and they need DHONI AND SHARUKH KHAN TO ENDORSE THIER PRODUCTS.** We are not having any washing machine right now and our clothes are not washed since10 days now. PLEASE SEND SOME PERSON TO WASH OUR CLOTHES ON DAILY BASIS .I am sorry to say this, but we dont have any other means as both me and my husband are working.
HOPE TO GET AN RESPONSE IF THEY HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT LEFT OR FACE LEGAL ACTIONS
