We had purchased a double door Videocon refrigerator 5 years back and it was working good for 3 years and then after it started giving problem in cooling coils, the down part(stand) got damaged and the freezer door came out so we shown it to the technician, he opened the inner part and waited until the cool ice got exhausted then he checked and said that it has a problem in cooling coils and said it will cost around 3000/- to change the coils. He also said that it already working for more than enough time.
But I dont think the refrigerators like big company like videocon will stand only for 3 years. if it is true then I can very bad quality.
