I have been subjected to and have used a number of international brands in skin care and to be honest, the market has become monotonous in terms of how they market the products and the actual results. Some of the products have worked out fine and have given me good results but shelling out that kind of money for a skin cream just seems ridiculous. A recent conversation with a friend led me to buy Vicco Turmeric cream completely from a feeling of nostalgia considering this was the best cream out there in the market when we were growing up and the shelves weren't flooded with imported brands. So I decided to give it a try to see if Vicco still got it right. And it has definitely not disappointed me.
The texture is still consistent and I guess it's more firm than the other creams available. I have very oily skin, so it works great when you use a small amount of the cream on your face to get rid of the oily feeling but use a generous amount and will result in your face looking even oilier than what it usually is.
Works fantastic on cuts and cracked heels and the turmeric composition in the cream works! In a market where heavy chemical composition in creams is a norm, Vicco Turmeric cream is a pleasant change which is needed.
One thing recommended is to have a more subtle or fragrant aroma which goes with the current market likeability because when you use Vicco Turmeric Cream you get the sense of going back to the age of your grandparents and everybody in the room knows what you have used and I would really not want people to know what I have just applied on my skin. If this issue can be resolved, Vicco is definitely on my purchase list for skin cream daily essentials.
Overall a brilliant product and kudos to the consistency of the product. Just try and stay with the times Vicco.
