I had registered a service complaint 5 days back for my Venus water heater which is out of warranty. I was told that I would get a call from the technician with in 48 hours.
But they have failed to keep up with this and I have not recieved a call yet for the service inspite of following up once again yesterday.I will not prefer this brand in the future because of their incompetency in providing prompt service.
