Im writing this too late but still if I dont do it, I can never express my gratitude.
After four yrs of marriage, I had to consult doctor for delay in pregnancy and I was detected with PCOS. I consulted few doctors who directly suggested loads of medicines and IVF, so I did some research and spotted this hospital.
My first impression wasn't great as the hospital was in a corner of a small lane with no parking space, a small house turned to hospital. But after meeting Dr. Balakumari, my opinion changed, she was so caring, responded patiently to our questions and over and above did not suggest medicines or any treatment unlike the doctors I met earlier. She asked us to come back after doing very basic tests like blood, urine and sperm analysis. On reviewing the reports, she told me firmly that I will be pregnant soon and I was within two months. She did not give me any medicine for PCOS and only suggested few lifestyle changes. My son was delivered in their hospital on 26 dec 2012, we waited two days post EDD and due to last minute complications, Dr.Balakumari had to go with C section for me. I don't regret it coz we knew how much she tried for normal delivery. My baby had feeding problems and a nurse from the hospital did home visit twice to sort it out. Of course, we paid for it but tell me which hospital is doing that. That nurse told us that Dr. Balakumari had been kind enough to help her pay her children school fees.
I moved overseas in 2016 and here I had lost my son's vaccinations chart. I contacted the hospital and asked them to help me email a copy of it because without the same, I won't able to admit my son in school here. They asked me to email my son's details and within a day I received his vaccination chart over emeil from them. Dr. Vincy was so empathetic to do it immediately. My son was born in 2012 and his last vaccination was in december 2014 but still they did it just over one call and one email. Why im saying this is because I had been following one of the top hospitals for an year to get my mother's surgery details and still I dint get it.
I highly recommend this hospital if you expect empathetic care, honesty and service within affordable cost. My only feedback to the hospital is soon they move to a prominent place with better infrastructure coz that is where they are lacking.
