I bought this because I was sick of getting razor burn. I tested on a small patch of my arm and nothing happened. After the test was effective, I put it on both arms, and left it on for 5 minutes. I used the spatula thing to take it off, and the hair came off easily. I rinsed it off with some warm water and my arms felt really soft. However, about 5 minutes later, I noticed raised red patches on my upper left arm, and the crook of both elbows. It felt like it was burning, and I assumed I hadn’t washed all of it off, so I took a shower to wash it off properly and the burning feeling stayed. When I woke up this morning, it looked scabby and red, but it didn’t hurt as much. I am quite pleased with the results because apart from the bumpy bits, my arms are smooth and hairless.
