vastu shastra-personal experience

Is vastushastra is really a science? The modern man feels very shy to accept that vastu is correct. We can not approach a subject of study and observation with
a closed mind. At the same time we can not just believe it.
Sometimes without deliberate effort we will be ’’pulled’’ in to it and we shall be bound to make an opinion either for or against it.
I shall say that at least some time back I had no belief in vastu. I considered this as joke and every one of those who speak about vastu appeared to me to be funny, curious creatures on earth.
But as I said I was bound to make an opinion either for or against it due to circumstances. To make the whole story short I would give you my experiences or rather encounters with vastu.
I went through a book gifted to me by a famous vastu consultant in Hyderabad. I went through the book without any seriousness and considered each one of the descriptions as exaggerated jokes.
And I went to my friend’s house as usual and then I observed. This one particular friend of mine is without progeny. And he would not have it according to the medical science. In the vastu book it was mentioned that people living in a house with its entire free space (around the house up to its compound wall) towards only south-west ,west and south and there no space on to north-east, east and north then people living in such houses will not have children. At least in the house I was observing, the vastu rule , seemed to be correct.
I have to be honest to admit that I did not have the time or inclination to observe these types of houses everywhere and to enquire the landlords if they were issueless.
Second observation:
If inside the house it is heavy on the agneyam side (south-east) either because the construction itself was heavy or because heavy goods were kept that side,
The eldest son of the house would have premature death.
My observation was for two houses in which the eldest son died prematurely.
Third observation:
If the cooking is on north-east side (eeshanyam) with the stove on north wall there would be no saving in spite of great earnings.
This proved to be correct and I have the opportunity to observe this in only one house.
Fourth observation:
In the house if the lavatory or toilet is on south-west the owner of the house will have premature death? This is a rule in vastu which tells you to keep cash and jeweler on south-west. In my observation I found this to be true in two cases. Although I have observed three other flats where toilets are on south-west and they are using those toilets, their owners did not die and surely I do not want them to have premature death. I wish all the best for them.
I have observed that hotels with roads on three sides and also on two sides definitely prospered.
I have observed that places, open grounds where children played have gained immense real estate value.
Keeping leather made lions (two) dolls, I think , brought me bad luck because the moment I removed them I got very highly remunerative job (with in a few days).
