The sales team of Lingampally branch is fraud, they talk on phone nicely with us but when we visit down to book a car they will not stick to the commitment which they give. I had such a worst experience with the sales team from low-level members till senior staff. A person called Navin promised me Celerio price for . the amount and almost for a week we were in touch and discussing the availability and pricing. I told specifically to him that was coming from Kukatpally all the way to Lingampally having several other near by options of Varun but since you are offering me a better deal will come to lingampally and will book the vehicle.
They day I visited, first he was not there and when I asked him and confirmed that am coming down and as discussed about the price and other details pl do make sure that it is honored but the story is completely different when I visited the branch, they gave me completely different price and when I made the TL to speak with the Navin and verify that he already promised a price and only that reason am coming so far and he agreed first and later they had some internal discussion and he changed his words and in spite of requested to speak with sales head and take action the sales manager denied to talk with him and they just gave answer that we cannot honour the promise which is given by the sales REP. NAVIN.(FRAUD TEAM) Instead of taking action on the sales rep, senior staff just told me no we cannot do anything now and wasted my time. They have not done anything to rectify. THE WORST EVER SALES/ SERVICE.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME to visit this branch it is useless and FRAUD staff they have in this branch. from bottom to top nobody is helpful. bunch of useless team they have.
IF somebody is going to review this from their end then call me and I want to escalate this to TOP MOST LEVEL SO THAT OTHERS CUSTOMERS DO NOT SUFFER LIKE THIS.
