I worked for this company almost 4 years and this is the worst company I found in my entire career where there is no recognition for employees.Managers and Leads will treat employees like slaves. They use very unprofessional language and blackmail for silly reasons because they don't have talent and all are reference candidates.
You cannot find a single manager without reference on Valuelabs. HR people are very rude especially HR Prashanth who is very rude and arrogant. He is an idiot. You can find sadistic and very unprofessional managers here like Jyothsna kuchumanchi, Kiran, Naresh Yadav, Santosh Dharmapuri...
These people do not know anything and all are reference candidates.
