I have been working with the company from past 2 years.
Positive aspect:
Firstly- Job security: Yes, this is the company where you will get full job security
Working environment: The working environment depends upon the project. I am working in one of the prime projects of Valuelabs and Usually, the timings are flexible.
Knowledge bank: ValueLabs provides lot of good experience especially for freshers.
Negative aspect:
Too much process oriented. Even if you go for an onsite.You need to fill too many forms and write unlimited number of mails for getting approvals.
Salary increment is low and when you approach the higher authorities with the same, you would get an answer like this-"budget constraints"
