As per request  it was informed that the session needs to be availed every 15 days, with the apointment to be booked by VLCC accordingly and will be notified to me which never happened. It was I who had to call them and check every time but unfortunately end up in not getting an appointment. Everytime I would get a reply that the doctor wasn't available. After lot of struggle, they gave me appointments but they did the session just because they had to. I literally got scars( not once but twice) during the process which was never done by the doctors. The process used to burm my skins and hence used to leave scars. The session had to be carried out by the specialized docs but any staff who was availabe used to do it for me. When I used to ask them about the DR. they would reciprocate that the staffs were well trained but unfortunately the were not. Later I raised an issue and they found that my skin was too sensitive which really made my angry. It was VLCC's responsibilty to check the sensitivity before going for any process.That was the first time I raised a complaint against VLCC. After the complaints, the management were sorry and they offered me to go for the session from the beginning without paying any extra amount, but I was so scared by then that I deceided I would not go for the skin treatment. The previous treament had left two marks and I really did not want to take any other chance. So I denied going for the treatment. So they asked me to go for any other package which I wished to, but I had no trust on them by then so did not want go fo anything else. Then the head of the branch( Ms Ovais, VLCC whitefield) convinced me somehow, and I thought of going for a hair treament.I underwent one session and was really satisfied, then the second which again made me happy. They themselve used to book the appointments and I used to get a call from them say the appointment is booked. Gosh, I was again fooled. No calls after the second session and again I was the one who had to call for the appointments.Not only that due to some personal emergency I was unable to vist them and hence tried to call Ovais to talk to her regading the sessions, but neither she picked up my calls and nor did she reverted. It's almost a year but no call from Ovais or other VLCC staff. Atleats they could have called to ask why I was unable to make it, but no what they needed is money which I had already provided. VLCC doesn't care for customer satisfaction and this ruins the BRAND name.Again a request to the Management of VLCC to train their staffs( specially the head present at the centres) in terms of customer services. Now I have to take this issue very seriously as it is matter of 21000. I would take this matter further if I don't get an immediate response
