The vellore institute of technology is a perfect place to learn for anyone. I am a student of this college and I am telling you honestly that this university is a bomb. You'll find people from different regions of world studying here and also from different places in india. The college has a majority of north indian students studying then followed by tamilians. talking about the education. The faculties of this college are too good. they have great knowledge about the subject to help you build your career. One of the main features of the college is that its system which is called as ffcs. that stands for fully flexible credit system. it lets the student choose at what time he/she wants to attend the class. so the student can schedule their time of study as per their convenience. And also the system lets the student choose the faculty too, which is a really good thing for any student. in a semester there are two internal assessment tests termed as cat 1 and cat 2. The cat 1 is a closed book test as usual whereas the cat 2 is an open book test.when it comes to the hostel facilities of this college the students are satisfied with their rooms but not with kind of food provided in the mess.Talking about the negativity of this college, when a study has a backlog, he/she cannot write it right after the results. the particular student has to re-register the course and study again. The cost of re-register for one subject is 8000 rupees. but believe me you can easily get passing marks in any subject. so I think that won't be an issue for studious boys and girls.The college is widely known for Engineering courses across the globe but the college also offers some 3 years ug programs. like bca, bcs and bba etc.The campus of the college so damn good looking you'll feel proud studying in a college like this.inside the campus it has two football grounds and a cricket ground. and also a shuttle indoor stadium which has 3 courts inside it.The campus of the college is so big.shuttle cabs are provided for students.Talking about the events of the college. the biggest event of the college is reviera in which celebrities are invited to host and perform, many students take part in reviera. Sports in this college is good. they keep organizing tournaments for freshers and also conduct leagues in which they provide prices worth 6 lacks.Overall the college is too good for education and everything else, the labs of this college is very good. VIT is place to learn, a chance to grow.
