I bought a few sarees from this site & some were very nice & I love them.
However, with my recent order they sent two worn sarees that had scrunched up edges, material punctured & torn with pins marks & stains on them.
Item codes SLSMR2160A & SMR2151B I complained & put a reverse on my outstanding orders. This was two days ago.
So far I have had two customer service people asking the same question, why am I cancelling my order. I have a feeling this question will be repeated a few times so that they gain time & the orders are dispatched. Then it will be oops sorry you should have told us in time. Either way that will be the final business I conduct with them.
I have complained about another order that looked nothing like what I ordered in the picture they had posted. Their solution was for me to take a picture of what I received & send back to them. What good is that supposed to do? Since they marketed the product they can see it for themselves. These are useless tactics adopted by untrustworthy online stores.
Forget about the free gifts they advertise. They are never included. When asked they say I did not place an order for them. Yet they are supposed to be free.
They also have a habit of sneaking in additional postage. What you see on the initial screen is not what you end up paying. It is a lot more.
