I visited Utsav during my lunch hours with my colleagues. As it was a friday, the waiting time was obviously additional to our lunch plans. The air conditioned seating seemed to be good but due to the public rush, we had to eat in the open area. The outside area is not very cosy but it is an option if you are there just for the food.
The vegetarian food is was yummy. We ordered paneer ke sikanje which was a wonderful treat. Also, tawa roll was something different. I did not much fancy the veg crispy though. The lunch included asmani koftas which was a delight. The various types of Indian breads also seemed good.
The drawback at utsav is the serving time. It takes at least 30 minutes before your order arrives. It is waste of time during a working day. But it is worth just for the food.
