I bought six Usha Ceiling fans last year. Had to replace 2 of them within the first 2 days. Only one year after its usage, most of the fans have become noisy. One fan became very slow and a complaint was lodged. The response of the local service centre, M/s Sai Srinath Enterprises has been pathetic, to say the least. The technician came after 10 days. Took the fan for rewinding which took another 13 days. The fan is still the same and runs as slowly as before. Response from Usha Customer Services has been equally pathetic, with complaints being'escalated' every time. Their technicians move around in buses and demand to be picked up from the bus stop. I am stuck with six Usha fans and am apprehensive about their future service support, but I would advise everyone to avoid buying Usha fans.
